your going to get it “Not My Problem??” so you keep it to yourself , yes there are people who are like this and admittedly i was one of those at the start of my journey.

The reason these people avoid asking for help is because they might think it makes them look weak to others. Those people lock the problems away which is a terrible thing especially when they might need someone to talk to , to get them off that ledge of what ever they are thinking of doing.

I believe this is where people need to change , if they someone in need of help , don’t just shoo them away , ask them what’s up and see if you can actually help them. The one conversation could be the one that someone was looking for to help them.

So if you know anyone or if your the one reading this who is having the problem then please speak to someone if your struggling , it doesn’t show weakness to ask for help. It is actually the opposite , it shows your a real man to admit your struggling and need to let your emotions out.

When i say a real man , obviously woman as well but you know what i mean. So don’t feel ashamed to ask for help because doesn’t matter how big or tough you think you are , we all need help getting through stuff. We all need to let emotions out and just that one conversation with someone or even a phone call to your friends can be the thing that saves your sanity.
