Moving Forwards

Moving Forwards

I believe one way to move forwards with something we are struggling with is to think what is causing the problem in the first place and just think about what we can to change it. It’s never going to change over night , it’ll take time and work and a big push. Determination is the key element to this , if you just think oh ill give this a go and it doesn’t work first time. That doesn’t mean that , that is the wrong way. It just means you haven’t thought deep enough to know if it is a guaranteed failure or it’s not going to work. Iv’e experienced problems where i felt like giving up and not bothering but i tried harder with one of the things that didn’t work and yes it did make a percentage of a difference but it wasn’t the golden ticket i was looking for. Just means right ok iv’e found one thing that has improved it so let’s look at another problem that could actually help improve the issue that has started to improve. It might take four of five things to help improve it but once you know the things that have helped improve then you just need to develop on the things that are helping to boost the effect and hope it helps improve even more than the slight chip it put into helping you.

Staying Focused

With everything going on such as seizures and absence seizures sometimes because of how frustrated we can get with it all , our mind goes astray and once we find one problem it then turns into another then another problem and feels like it’s spiraling out of control.

Now the thing what i believe is the way to stay focused and positive is by turning all our negative thoughts into something that is useful to us and can help us progressing. So that the road we are walking down actually has a direction. So we aren’t just going in circles wondering what to do all the time. Turning our results into something positive and productive. There’s always going to be bumps in there road but we can progress just by concentrating on what’s needed.

  1. You really make it seem so easy together with your presentation but I find this topic to be really something that I feel I would never understand. It seems too complex and very wide for me. I’m taking a look forward on your next post, I will attempt to get the hang of it!
