I believe this is probably one of the biggest problems, We are all given a title. I’ll use me as a example , yes i suffer from epilepsy you may say the words Disability or Special Needs. Yes they’re all factually correct. I don’t want to just been known for “Oh He Has Epilepsy” having the title of disability needs to go.
Imagine Your stood now ID in your hand or student pass around your neck. Mine would say “Aaron Merry” it wouldn’t say Disability or Epilepsy written on it. I may be a very open person but i don’t have the word disability on a t-shirt for everyone to read.
You have to read the book before you can give an opinion, The title of the book only has my name. It doesn’t have anything else on show so you won’t know till you read it and listen to it. That’s when you are free to make a comment. Until then , they need keep there comments to themselves.
