Hey Everyone Thanks For Joining,
Today, I want to talk about something we all think about: success. Often, when we think of success, we imagine a big, final goal. We imagine how far we need to go or how long it will take to get there. We focus so much on the destination that we forget something very important—the journey itself.
You see, it’s not about how far you walk or how fast you get to your goal. It’s about what you learn along the way. The details, the information, the small moments—they all add up and teach us things we would never know if we were only focused on the finish line.
Imagine you’re on a long hike through the mountains. If all you do is keep your head down and push forward, you miss the beauty around you. You miss the streams, the birds, and the flowers. In the same way, if we only worry about reaching “success,” we might miss the things that could truly shape us into who we’re meant to be.
When I started my journey, I thought that reaching my goals was the most important thing. But as I kept going, I realized that every person I met, every book I read, and every experience I had taught me something new. Some lessons were hard, but each one gave me strength. Each lesson taught me to see things in a different way, and to value things I hadn’t before.
These little moments, these small details, they are like pieces of a puzzle. They might not seem important at the time, but they add up to create a bigger picture—a picture of who you are. The knowledge, the skills, the patience, and even the kindness you pick up along the way are what make you ready for success. They prepare you, bit by bit, so that when you reach your goal, you’re not just someone who made it; you’re someone who learned, someone who grew.
So, I want to encourage each of you today: don’t rush. Don’t worry if you’re not moving as quickly as you hoped. Focus on learning, on noticing the details, and on building yourself into someone strong, wise, and kind. Because in the end, it’s not how fast you arrive; it’s who you become along the way that truly matters.
Thank you.
