It’s better to be a leader of an empty room than to be run by someone else , just because the room starts off empty doesn’t mean it will remain like this forever. The empty space is there for people you have inspired to speak up and to be heard. As a ruler it’s not being able to tell people what to do it’s about being the leader who asks for others opinions.
As I started my business I felt alone in a empty room until I had people message me saying that I inspired them and my first action was actually to ask those people what do they like and what would they like my opinion about?
A perfect leader engages with his audience and treats it like a team not a dictatorship , everyone is different and it is physically impossible for me to have all the answers to their questions. I can explain my problems I have encountered and how I deal with them and hope some parts line-up with others. If you try to control those people they will leave that door before you can even say oops.
I don’t have all the answers because about my epilepsy and neither do doctors , I’ve had doctors tell me we just don’t know which isn’t there fault so yes it can become frustrating but remember those are the leaders in telling you facts and trying to help you. Just make sure you don’t push them away when they’re trying to help you.
