I believe the one thing people sometimes forget about is , every single day is a blank page. I mean yes you may repeat tasks each day but not everything is word for word. So every single day you mix something up , try expand what your doing. Well one thing I do is I add something new to the day every day. Pretty much what I’m saying is if you have a routine , don’t just break it all at once if you want things to change in your life they need to be done step by step.

If you try breaking the chain all at once you will crash and bun and you’ll find it incredibly difficult to rebuild your path to greatness. Take your time and break the chain. Let’s be honest your never going to break the chain instantly, it may take you a couple of weeks or even a couple o months but if you don’t keep moving and keep editing your routine. You might as well sit on the ground and stay there.

Change is the only thing that leads you to new places , without movement the race is over. Believe you can achieve and you can , sit and think “What if i do this , what if i do that?” the only thing you will ever know is “What if?” Turn “What if?” into “What next?” and you can take on the world and you will win
