Taking Life For Granted

Let’s be honest we’ve all done it , thinking life will be a piece of cake and we’ll make our way through it with ease , well i’m here to tell you how wrong we all are. I mean look at this injury , i had a seizure walking to the shop going face first into the ground cutting head open needing stitches and in hospital for nine days.

Things like this happen with epilepsy but there’s no room for complaining and self pity , you get back up on your horse and you just keep riding. Yes there are people who don’t fully understand how bad some seizures can be but that’s not their faults , i believe this should be explained around in the education system and make teachers and students aware that this is real life.

Let’s not try and avoid the fact it happens but bullying a disabled person still happens a lot and those people don’t understand the effects or repercussions of just what they believe is a bit of fun. I’ve put myself in hospital a few times but i’ve never been feeling sorry for myself , when i did this injury i had my parents bring my Alienware Laptop into the hospital for me so i could continue to work on creating something that will benefit others in the future.

The reason for this is because it’s to show people there’s more to the story than people think and i said it’s my duty to make a difference and shine a light to those in the dark who need it because without a light they’re just remaining in the dark looking for answers when they are searching for help.

Recognition is what is needed and without that , the world will never change and there will continue to be people looking for answers and not knowing the direction to walk to find them.
