From experience I can tell you , going forwards you don’t always end up with physical scars. It can be mental scaring. The things you can go through or the things you may have seen. I can tell you from a personal perspective but when I fell and fractured my right cheekbone I can still remember how it looked when I did it.
With the falls and injuries , I have collected over the years. These build a story from where I used to be to where I am today. I am a lot more positive about them not feeling down in the dumps as soon as a injury accurse. The thing i want everyone to do is don’t hide behind the scars. They tell a story ad now it’s time for you to get up and tell your story to everyone.
When I had the VNS Surgery done , i wasn’t scared to go outside because i had the operation coating Still on my throat. I went out and got on with what i was doing. Who cares what people think. It’s all about being yourself and not caring about other peoples opinions about you. All you need is positive attitude and a positive mindset. Nothing else matters apart from that. Know where you want to go and just hit the ground running
