As we progress through our lives , we have two paths. You either think for yourself and follow your own path or you act like a sheep and follow the heard. Ask yourself this “would you rather follow your friends and forever be in there shadow?” Or “Stand alone and become the headline act?”
I for sure don’t follow others because as the saying goes “Would you rather stand alone or stand with people walking in the wrong direction?” There’s no one of my friends who are doing anything similar to me. The thing is, i’m not saying walk away and discard your friends completely.
I’m saying when it comes down to building a career or a business , put your work before your friends. When you’ve got free time then do with that what you want. Just remember don’t stop what your doing to see your friends. If your passionate about your work then your time and dedication should be spent on it.
The only way your going to become successful is putting 100% into your work. Take your time and focus on it but don’t slack off just so you can go out drinking or to parties etc. Believe you can succeed and success will follow
