A Open Book

One of the things i use to my advantage is how open I am about things. I don’t hide behind things , what I mean by that is I’m not scared to tell people I suffer from epilepsy. I’m open about things because the more someone knows about you the easier it is to talk to them about things.

What i believe is if you hide behind something, then if there is someone who decides to bully or pick on you. Since you’ve opened up. It gives them zero ammunition to use against you. I just personally believe that telling people just makes things less awkward in a conversation if it popped up.

If you tell them straight away they become less judgmental. If they do decide to judge you then they are a terrible friend who doesn’t deserve to be by your side at all. So never be afraid to open up about yourself. I believe it makes you a stronger person if you don’t have the fear to open up to anyone.
