Stop With Excuses

Stop With Excuses

Ok, so we all want a positive outcome in our lives and that’s just the truth. I believe everyone is built up of excuses. E.g. “I’ll do it in a minute” or “One Sec” the problem is and we all know it. That I’ll do it in a minute will never be one minute. The more we delay things the longer it takes for us to be successful.

The problem is, when exactly is it time to do something if you keep delaying the task. The seconds wasted telling someone one minute is seconds lost of achieving your goals. When i say excuses what i mean is everyone always seems to have a reason why that can’t do something

Let’s put things into perspective. I have literally come out of Hospital Thursday 21st after a VNS Stimulator on Wednesday 20th, most people would say relax rest up. My response is no, yes obviously there are heavy things I can’t lift but that’s because of the stitches. That’s just obvious though of being careful.

Every day since coming out of hospital I’ve walked to the shop and back when they’ve told me rest don’t do anything. Apart from the exact same evening i came out of hospital I’ve been cooking dinner. I mean come on this was a 2hr operation to put a battery in my chest and I’m still out and about.

So what I’m saying is stop finding excuses in everything to avoid doing them, just get up crack on because the quicker you get to the task, you’ll stop being asked constantly to do it because you would’ve already said I’ve done it a. So stop using excuses and crack on with life and be the best of what we know you can achieve
